“Yeshi Asparagus Production” unit, located in the beautiful Tang valley in Bhumtang, is a unique venture centered on the sustainable production and marketing of locally grown asparagus. Yeshi Dorji, the promoter, is very experienced in agriculture and has designed an innovative way to grow asparagus at a high altitude. The farm also generates employment among the youth in a relatively remote rural community.
