In light of the rising unemployment rate in Bhutan and the difficulty for employers to identify well-qualified employees, Ms. Chimi Dema decided to create “Bhutan Jobs” to act as a modern and efficient liaison between job seekers and potential employers. Registered job seekers undertake a number of activities and counseling sessions with Bhutan jobs to help them succeed in the recruitment process. They also offer professional services to existing and emerging companies or organizations in Bhutan.
