The 12th Loden Entrepreneurship training in Mongar received overwhelming participation
Around 200 participants comprises of the local leaders, civil servants, business men, start ups, farmers, out of school youths, members of the cooperatives from eastern districts and even few aspiring entrepreneurs from Thimphu gather in Dzongkhag Yargay Tshogdu hall in Mongar on 19-20 April to attend the training on fundamentals of entrepreneurship.
Mr Aiman Mahat, Regional Director, RTIO in Mongar said that he is truly amazed by the number of participants, which he has never seen in other trainings and workshops in the east so far. Participants said that they were very much inspired by both the national and international resource persons of the Loden foundation.
Pema Wangchuk, Special Executive of the Loden foundation said that the reason for conducting this training in Mongar is to give equal opportunity to the aspiring entrepreneurs in the districts as well. He also added that one of the main objectives of the Loden Entrepreneurship Training is to turn the JOB SEEKERS into JOB CREATORS.
Mongar Dzongda graced the opening session of the training on 19th April. The Loden foundation and the Regional Trade and Industry Office in Monggar organized this training jointly.
