Interview Guidelines for Shortlisted Candidates

1. All shortlisted candidates are requested to arrive at the interview venue 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

2. Please note that the list of interviewees is not arranged based on merit or any ranking.

3. Interview dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled. Candidates who do not arrive on time will be considered disqualified.

4. Candidates attending in person must bring physical copies of required documents for verification during the interview. Virtual interview candidates must arrange for someone to bring their documents to the venue for verification at the scheduled interview time.

5. The selected candidates will be announced within ten working days following the interview.

6. The Loden Foundation’s Management reserves the right to accept or reject candidates post-interview in alignment with Loden’s established best practices.
