Suraj Bir Chhetri and Sonam Choki was supported through the Loden-UNICEF SEED Programme Funding Window. Three of the selected entrepreneurs joined us virtually.
We thank the Society Switzerland Bhutan, Boiling Point, Fonds De Dotation – Loden Initiatives and UNICEF Bhutan for their continous support in helping individuals achieve their dreams.
This takes the total number of entrepreneurs to receive interest and collateral free loans to 260 since 2008, 88 of the 260 entrepreneurs are women!
We would like to request our applicants who were not shortlisted to not give up and try again in the Spring Call which will happen around March 2023! A humble reminder that some of our entrepreneurs did not qualify in earlier rounds and they tried more than three times!
