Tashi Lhaden has always dreamed of attending college and becoming a civil servant, but financial challenges and missing the required marks for a government scholarship made it difficult to pursue higher education. As the eldest daughter in a remote village, with a mother who is the sole breadwinner and a father without a steady income, she learned the values of hard work and responsibility. Despite setbacks, she remained determined to continue her studies. The Loden Foundation’s scholarship provided her with the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Accounting at Gedu College of Business Studies. She is deeply grateful for the support, as it brings her closer to her goal of contributing to the country as a civil servant.
