Mom’s bakery and café is the only bakery in Depsi. Since Depsi is isolated does not have a single café and bakery around, Pema planned to set up one for the benefit of population in the region. Pema is a trained and experienced baker who has worked under several bakeries and hotels in Bhutan and abroad. Throughout his career, Pema provided excellent customer services while maintaining good health and safety at the work place.
