Mentoring

At the Loden Foundation, our commitment to nurturing entrepreneurs extends well beyond the provision of financial aid. We embrace a comprehensive approach that includes rigorous

and continuous

of our beneficiaries. Drawing upon our extensive network of both national and international mentors—many of whom are esteemed Loden alumni or valued friends of the Foundation—we ensure that our entrepreneur receives the support necessary to thrive.

Our dedicated team conducts annual visits to a minimum of 25 entrepreneurs, often accompanied by international mentors, to assess their progress and provide insightful guidance aimed at fostering business growth. As trailblazers in the field of mentorship in Bhutan, Loden Foundation has established itself as a leading institution with a wealth of experience in this domain. We have not only trained local mentors but have also implemented numerous time-bound mentoring programmes to guarantee enduring support for our entrepreneurs.

Today, our expertise in mentoring significantly contributes to various entrepreneurship enhancement initiatives, including the Springboard Plus Seed Accelerator Programme. This ensures that entrepreneurs benefit from the tailored guidance required for their success. Furthermore, our involvement in the global mentoring network as a referral partner for the Cherie Blair Foundation's Mentoring Programme underscores our commitment to providing robust, international support to our entrepreneurs.
