“T.Penjor Farm Machinery Centre” offers training, machine maintenance, and repair services while employing young Bhutanese farming enthusiasts. As a result of its success, the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources and the Institute of Automobile Engineer have asked the Machinery Centre to train at least 8 Bhutanese youths every year.
