Tandin’s E-Recruitment application will provide a portal where businesses can find human resources, and job seekers can search for vacancies. In light of the increasing number of unemployed youth in Bhutan, the E-Recruitment application will expedite the recruitment process thereby  helping save time and money for employers and jobseekers alike. Moreover, the digitization of recruitment will substantially reduce the use of papers.
