Dangdung Soenam Yarphel, an integrated farm in Trongsa, is steered by a team of five youth. Their agricultural venture commenced with the leasing of an abandoned farmland, focusing on the cultivation of vegetables, cereals, and livestock products. With the support of the Agri-Tech Scale-Up Fund, the farm is poised to expand its operations and foster the employment of an additional four individuals. The overarching goal is to curtail the importation of agricultural and livestock products while concurrently boosting the livelihoods of local households through the promotion of climate-resilient agriculture.
