Penjor, with over 30 years of experience in statue manufacturing and five years of training from Zorig Chusum, runs the established Indigenous Statue Craft House (ISCH). The business is currently producing statues for the Wangdue Dzong reconstruction after winning the tender for the project.

In addition to statues, ISCH also crafts jewelry based on customer orders. Using imported copper, silver, and gold from India and Nepal, Penjor and his team create exquisite pieces to meet market demand.
