Namgay started his entrepreneurial journey in 2016 when he was still a student – his small business offered services of fixing smartphones and importing screen and spare parts. In 2019, Namgay launched PhoGho at the Loden Druk-Tshongrig Gatoen. With little money to expand PhoGho, Namgay installed his first 2 Public Utility Booths using seasoned old wood. With this, he started his PAYSAP journey.

PAYSAP is a Financial Technology that provides parcel courier services across Bhutan. They also provide bus ticketing, taxi booking, printing, and recycling services. These services can be accessed online or over the counter at their Public Utility Booths (PUBs) located in Thimphu and Punakha.
