Logchina Veggies is a vegetable farm that plans to produce thirteen different vegetables. It also acts as a supplying agent, collecting vegetables from Logchina and Phuntsholing gewogs to supply to the vegetable vendors in Thimphu and other districts. As of now, he is collecting the products from these two gewogs. He has been in this business for the past year and a half. Since the country is importing 90% of vegetables from India, he encourages local products. He plans to grow vegetables in the winter season but at a low scale and supply from India in peak seasons for his own sustainability. He is a B.com student of North Bengal University, who returned to his village to work on the vegetable farm.
