Dechen Tailoring was set up in Chamkhar town in 2020. Dechen currently has four employees and offers services such as sewing gho, kira, tego, toetse, shamthaps, choego, religious decorations, and other fashion accessories. Besides catering to general customers, it specialises in sewing monastic attire for many monastic communities and in designing religious items such as thangkas, ceremonial decorations such as chenzi, chukhep, choeze, tenohep, rolkhep, etc, and mask dance costumes.
