After thorough consideration of practical tests held on February 5, 2024, and interviews conducted on February 6, 2024, we are delighted to welcome our newest team member.

Selection Process Overview:

The selection process for the Communications Officer position involved two critical phases:

Practical Test (February 5, 2024): Applicants participated in a practical test designed to assess their skills in real-world communication scenarios. This component contributed 40% to the overall evaluation.

Interview (February 6, 2024): Following the practical test, applicants underwent competency-based interview to delve deeper into their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the mission of Loden Foundation. This component contributed 60% to the overall evaluation.

Result Consolidation:

After carefully evaluating and consolidating the scores from both the practical test and interviews, we are pleased to announce that he has been selected as the Communications Officer at Loden Foundation.
