We’re Hiring Two Interns
Observing the 25 years of The Loden Foundation, We intend to produce a book, titled “People of Loden” which is a photo book that aims to showcase the journey of the Loden Foundation since its inception in 1999. This visually captivating book will feature images of individuals who have been part of the Loden Foundation’s journey, which include the Loden Entrepreneurs, Loden Scholars, and other Loden Beneficiaries.
We are looking for two interns to join our growing team. In this 2-month opportunity, you will support/learn about Loden Communications and Development Team.
- Collecting stories and content of Loden Beneficiaries.
- Developing content for social media series.
- Developing creative ideas for social media content.
- Keeps track of social trends and determines the best way to craft relevant and valuable posts.
- Assisting with photography shoots.
- Supporting the team with various content/communication.
- Assist with Project Report writing.
We expect the applicants to have the following knowledge and skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills to get into the details, and proofread and edit contents
- Seasoned user of Canva (any application to create posts).
- Basic Video Editing and photography skills.
This internship position will allow you to gain professional experience in social media, communications, and content development as a member of the Communications and Development Team at Loden Foundation.

- Imagine your community has someone whose life has been impacted by a programme, but their story has not been covered. This person could be:
- A local shopkeeper who with the support of the initiative has been able to create jobs for the villagers in the community
- A student who was able to continue their education despite economic barriers or any other individual whose story you might want to cover. Craft a compelling human interest story that tells the person’s story and highlights the positive impact they have on the community and how they have benefitted from a specific programme (in 250 words)
