At Loden Foundation, we believe that personal growth fuels professional excellence. As part of our ongoing commitment to nurturing an empowered, values-driven, and high-performing team, Loden staff recently took part in a transformative training on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, facilitated by Mr. Lars Jepsen – Execution Specialist and Global Facilitator with FranklinCovey.

This globally recognized leadership framework, rooted in timeless principles, introduced us to powerful habits that promote personal leadership and organizational synergy. From being proactive and goal-oriented, to prioritizing what truly matters, communicating with empathy, fostering win-win collaborations, and investing in self-renewal – each habit resonated deeply with our collective aspiration to work with clarity, purpose, and integrity.
The session was not only enlightening but practical, providing staff with tools and mindsets that are already making a difference in their daily workflow and decision-making. Many participants found themselves reflecting on how these principles align with Loden’s core values, inspiring meaningful changes both at the personal and professional levels.

Beyond the training, our journey with FranklinCovey continues. All Loden staff is now enrolled in a structured one-on-one mentoring programme, where they receive personalized coaching to internalize and apply the 7 Habits along with other structured courses in a sustained and impactful way. This unique opportunity for individual mentoring is helping team members grow as intentional leaders and contributors – equipped to navigate complexity and drive long-term results.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Jepsen and the FranklinCovey team for empowering us with the tools to become more effective individuals and collaborators. We are excited to embed these life-changing habits into our organizational culture as we continue working towards building a happier, more enlightened society.
