Penjor received 5 years training from  Zorig Chusum and has more than 30 years of experience in Statue manufacturing. His business indigenous statue craft house(ISCH) is an established business  currently working to produce  statue for Wangdue Dzong reconstruction as the firm won the tender for supplying statues for the dzong.

Moreover Due to the demand and market feasibility for jewellery in the market, Penjor and his team also produce some jewellery depending on the order they receive. The products are crafted from copper, sliver and gold which are imported from India and Nepal.
