While it is one of the most populated districts in Bhutan, Tashigang Dzongkhag counted no pharmacy until Mr. Pema Dorji a very young ambitious entrepreneur opened the “Pema Olo Pharmacy” in 2014. It is the unique point of distribution of pharmaceutical and medical goods in the region. The Pharmacy also provides a number of schools, colleges, monastic bodies, hospitals and villagers with a continuous supply of medicines and cosmetic items.
